We only accept customer supplied garments for embroidery

Setup Fees

Embroidery Setup:

1 time setup of $100 for left chest logos up to 8,000 stitches

Full Back Logos: Quote

Direct-to-Garment Setup:

$40.00 per logo with clean high resolution artwork

Screen Print Setup

$30.00 per Screen

Artwork Charges

Creative and Clean Up Artwork is billed at $60.00 per hour

Setup Fees do not include Artwork Time

Turn Around Time

The production clock starts after final approval of your Order and Artwork.

Turn Time is 10-14 business days after final approvals

Rush Fees

If you need your order quicker than our standard turnaround there is a 25% Rush Fee

Who Owns the Rights to the Artwork?

Rights: All Images, digitized files, and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of NW Custom Apparel. This license provides the Client with the rights to reproduce only by NW Custom Apparel. Additional fees and express permission are needed to reproduce the images and digitized files that are not related to the above terms.

Customer Supplied Garments
  • Shirts must be new with tags on. We can't accept washed or worn garments.
  • We only accept customer garments for embroidery. Flat goods only. We don't accept baseball caps.
  • The production manager must verify the garments are acceptable for embroidery
  • Garment Waiver: You will need to sign a waiver that doesn't hold NW Custom Apparel responsible for any damages done in production. We will not replace garments damaged in production. 
  • The minimum order is 24 pieces

We do not accept customer garments for screen print, Direct-to-Garment and embroidered baseball caps.

 

 

Payment
  • New Customers: 50% down and balance on delivery
  • All current customers are COD at the time of pickup.
  • Net 10 Terms are available to established customers with a credit application on file. Please request a credit application. New applications take 2 weeks to process.

New Artwork: We require a 50% down before starting new artwork or digitizing.

Payment Forms:  Visa and Mastercard and Company Checks

Group Payment: We do not accept multiple checks from group members. We must have 1 check from the group leader. 

Approval Process

In order to guarantee a perfect order, you must go through the approval process. All steps of the approval process must be signed off before we start any order. Please make sure you read your approvals for correct spelling, garments, sizes etc.  We can't replace an order that is signed off on.

  • Order Approval: Sizes, Garment Colors, Styles
  • Artwork: Spelling and Correct Artwork
  • Turn around time is 10-14 days from FINAL approval of the order and artwork.
