Position: Sales Coordinator

The Opportunity

We seek a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to become the engine of our sales department. This role is to be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the ordering process for all our custom apparel and promotional products. You will ensure every customer feels valued and every order is handled smoothly from start to finish. This vital role allows our Key Account Manager to focus on strategic clients and drives the entire team’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and transactional customers, guiding them through product selection and the ordering process with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle within our Shopworks software, from initial entry and proofing to final delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Own the administrative follow-up process, including proactively communicating with clients to secure artwork approvals, signed orders, and timely payments.
  • Serve as a central communication hub, liaising between customers, our production team, and office staff to ensure all order details are correct and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our best-selling products and services in embroidery, screen printing, DTG, and more to effectively assist and upsell customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a genuinely friendly, patient, and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • You are highly organized with meticulo take pride in getting the small things right.
  • You are comfortable and efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and have excellent data entry skills.
  • You are a clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or office administration role.

Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience with order management software (experience with Shopworks is a huge plus!).
  • An Associate’s degree or higher in business, communications, or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in the custom apparel or promotional products industry.
