Have you ever been the group leader who is in charge of the apparel order for the team? Trust me I have and it is a real pain in the but. Trying to get everyone’s order together, trying to collect the money, determining the style and color, and hoping the check don’t bounce. These are a few things which make group sales a nightmare. Usually the group leader is overwhelmed.
Northwest Custom Apparel offers a simple solution to solve the group sales problem. We have named it “Flash Store.” Simply put this is a store on the internet where you can come in and browse. After browsing you can pick your product, enter your credit card payment and end up one happy camper.
This is how is works. Northwest Custom Apparel is located in Seattle/Tacoma area and services the whole Northwest side of Washington State. The first thing which happens is that someone from a group who is going to spruce up their image and get some apparel which will pull the group together.
A rep from Northwest Apparel will work with the group leader to develop the group logo so it can be put on the selected apparel. There are requirements for he size of the logo. Left chest embroidery should be 3.5 inches or less. Full back embroidery is generally 10 inches wide. DTG printing is 12 inches square. These are the shirts we did for Kalles Jr High.
For embroidery we generally recommend that you stick to 6 colors or less to keep the costs down. DTG printing you can have as many colors as you want.
The next step is to pick out the apparel you want the group to have. After picking the apparel Northwest will make a sample with your logo. A sample is always something we offer to ensure no mistakes.
Last step is to allow Northwest to set up the website. You should have at least a two week buying window for the members.
Buying window closed
When the buying window is closed Northwest will complete the order and deliver ready to distribute. Group leaders love this because all they have to do is present the items, select the close out date and wait for it to happer.
