Embroidered Cap with a Jumping Salmon, manufactured by NW Custom Apparel

Embroidered headwear is very popular coming this fall at Northwest Custom Apparel. Erik Mickelson believes when it comes to logoed headwear less is more. Keep it simple, stupid. Do not have a lot of detail in your embroidery. Just keep it nice and simple. We recommend if you can draw it with a Sharpie we can embroider it. Some of the popular styles, believe it or not, is the country cowboy hat. Yes, we can custom imprint the band around the cowboy hat and make it look sharp with your company logo or team logo.

Other Headwear Items

Other items that are very popular for the fall, the fleece headband, we can do a one inch embroidery on front of the fleece headband. They come in many colors, black, navy, black, white and forest green. Mega Cap out of Los Angeles has a low profile structure fashion cap with fiber optic lights. That’s right, you can have blinking lights on your hat. It runs off a double A battery and you can really light up your company logo.

The micro fiber Aussie hat comes from Philadelphia Rapid Transit. They are the distributor for all the different types of caps that you can think of, from derbies to fedoras, to baseball caps, to the Aussie Outback hat. They have them all. Pacific Headwear has been in business for the past twenty years. They’re located down in Eugene, Oregon. They’re featuring the Glamo trucker mesh cap with fashion camouflage on the bill and embroidery on front.

Port Authority Apparel

Port Authority or SanMar located in Issaquah, Washington features the Nordic beanie cap with the custom imprint on the beanie, KC Caps out of Los Angeles, California is featuring the beanie with the front embroidery. It comes in many colors, black, red, green and white. Ivory Headwear out of Portland, Oregon is featuring the modern fit linen trucker cap.
