Thread stitched directly through fabric using our in-house Tajima TMAR-KC 8-head embroidery machine at 1,100 RPM with 15 needles per head. The design becomes part of the garment structure. Embroidery produces a raised, three-dimensional logo that survives commercial laundering and does not crack, fade, or peel.
Best for: Polo shirts for corporate and professional staff, work jackets for construction and trades crews, baseball caps, fleece outerwear, and any garment worn repeatedly over months or years.

Plastisol or water-based ink pushed through a mesh stencil onto fabric using one screen per color. Screen printing produces the most vivid, opaque color of any print method on cotton. It is the only decoration method certified for Hi-Vis safety shirts under ANSI/ISEA 107-2015.
Best for: Bulk T-shirt orders of 24 or more pieces with simple 1–6 color designs, event and promotional shirts, Hi-Vis safety shirts for construction and road crews, and any order where lowest per-unit cost at volume is the priority.
Minimum order: 24 pieces. Per-piece cost drops significantly above 100 pieces.
Inkjet technology that sprays water-based ink directly onto fabric. No setup fee. No minimum order. DTG handles unlimited colors, photographic designs, and gradients that screen printing cannot reproduce. Best results on 100% cotton and high-cotton blends.
Best for: Orders under 24 pieces, designs with photographic detail or unlimited colors, one-off custom shirts, and e-commerce sellers fulfilling individual orders without holding inventory.

A heat transfer process that prints a full-color design onto PET film, applies TPU adhesive powder, cures it, and heat-presses it onto the garment. DTF works on cotton, polyester, nylon, canvas, spandex, and all blends — the only method with no fabric content restrictions.
Best for: Polyester and mixed-fabric orders that DTG cannot handle reliably, unlimited-color designs without per-color screen setup costs, construction crew performance shirts, and any order where fabric type varies across the garment run.
Minimum order: None.
Precision engraving on leatherette, wood, glass, and metal. The engraved design does not fade, crack, or peel, it is permanently etched into the material surface. No other Washington state competitor in our market offers in-house laser engraving for corporate branding.
Best for: Corporate awards and employee recognition plaques, branded drinkware for client gifts, custom leatherette patch caps, and high-end promotional items where embossed or printed alternatives do not communicate the quality level required.
Embroidered and woven patches with sew-on or iron-on backing. Patches are produced for jacket programs, uniform identification, caps, bags, and brand merchandise.

If your logo is not print-ready, our design team converts it. Standard file cleanup, color mode adjustment, background removal, and digitizing review are handled as part of order preparation. Complex artwork reconstruction is quoted separately.
