frequently asked questions

The typical turnaround time for orders is ten business days, but this may vary based on the number of pieces, complexity, and stitches in the logo. If you need your order quickly, we can work with you to meet your deadline. You should give orders over 300 pieces at least three weeks for delivery. Please inform us before submitting your order if you have a specific deadline.

If you need your project done quickly, our rush embroidery services with a 25% rush fee can help you. Please call ahead to verify our production capacity to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.

Embroidery orders require a minimum of 6 garments. You can mix and match styles. However, caps must be ordered in a minimum of 24 per style and color, as they come in standard boxes of 24.

We base our quantity discounts on the total number of garments with the same logo embroidered. Unfortunately, combining garments and caps for quantity discounts isn’t feasible since we embroider them on different machines.

Contact us immediately if you want to alter an order you have placed. We are happy to make changes before the production process begins but not after, and this may cause a delay in the delivery date. A 25% restocking fee may apply once our vendor ships the blank garments. After the changes to the order, we will provide you with an updated ship date.

We offer a free sewn sample of your digitized embroidered design, with one edit included. If you would like additional samples, there is a fee of $25.00. Once the piece is ready, we will contact you to review and approve the design. We recommend visiting our office to view the stitched sample for the most accurate representation of the thread colors. If you cannot come to our office, we can take a photo and email it to you. Please note that that thread color doesn’t show accurately on computer screens.

We are happy to provide same-day embroidery services on some days when we have your digitized design on file and the necessary garments are readily available. If you’re Google searching for ‘same day embroidery near me,’ please don’t hesitate to get in touch, as we may be able to accommodate your order.

NW Custom Apparel proudly holds exclusive rights to the DST files we digitize, giving our clients the benefit of reproducing them only through us. An additional fee will be applicable if our clients want us to release the DST files outside of NW Custom Apparel.

If you choose to order your garments through us, you can be sure that you will be pleased with the completed project. We guarantee to replace any mistakes free of charge. In addition, our production staff is more familiar with the garments we supply, so there is less risk of embroidering your logo poorly. Therefore, we strongly encourage you not to compromise your brand identity by purchasing your garments and letting professionals make your brand shine.
