Screen printing works best for basketball, football, and soccer jerseys ordered in bulk. It’s the most cost-effective method once you hit 24 pieces, and it holds bold, solid-color logos well.
We run our embroidery on Tajima TMAR-KC 8-head machines at 1,100 RPM. The thread becomes part of the fabric, so it doesn’t crack or peel, even after a season of weekly washes. It’s the most durable option we offer.
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing uses a high-detail inkjet process, so there’s no screen setup cost. That makes it the fastest way to add individual player names when your roster changes two weeks before opening day. Direct-to-film (DTF) works the same way for full-color, photo-level designs.
Sublimation dyes color directly into the fabric instead of printing on the surface. It never cracks or peels, and it’s the standard choice for reversible jerseys or designs that run edge to edge. Turnaround runs longer, so plan ahead if this is your route.
