We use Madeira and Robison-Anton thread palettes and convert your Pantone colors to the closest thread match. Thread is not ink, exact Pantone replication is not always possible, but we target Delta E <2.0 color accuracy (within human perception threshold). For critical color matching, we can provide physical thread cards for your approval before production.
