We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage and execute all shipping and receiving operations efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for prompt delivery and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and process shipments and incoming orders accurately.
- Use carrier software (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for order management.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and RMA requests with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
- Support customer pickups and inquiries, providing exceptional service.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with various tasks in our embroidery shop.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
