The Price For Custom Embroidered Emblems

This custom embroidered emblem is a 3″ diameter circle patch with a black merrow border. The center of the patch showcases a black lab dog on a white background. Surrounding the dog in the circle is the text “Crystal Mountain Avalanche Rescue Dog”. The intricate embroidery work on the patch highlights the fine details of the dog and the text, making it a standout accessory for anyone associated with the Crystal Mountain Avalanche Rescue team.

Custom embroidered emblems are a great way to show pride in your organization, school, or cause. They can also be used to promote products and businesses. The price of these emblems depends on their quantity and size, as well as the complexity of the design.

At Northwest Custom Apparel, we offer a personalized quote for each order, considering all relevant factors, such as stitch count.

Made in the USA

We offer “made in the USA” patches at slightly higher prices. Embroidery coverage is the amount of thread used, and if we can include background material in the design, it will be a cost-saving measure. Full thread coverage takes more time to produce and thus has a slightly increased price. Moreover, all our patches come with heat seal backing that enables easy application using a regular home steam iron.

Place an order for Custom Patches.

  • To place an order, call or e-mail Northwest Custom Apparel. You can contact Jim Mickelson directly at [email protected] at 253-922-5793
  • You can submit your artwork through our website. We even have a live chat button for those who don’t want to call.
  • We ask that you send us clean artwork in a high-resolution format. We also accept;t Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or, better yet, an existing patch that we can duplicate.

Price for Custom Embroidered Emblems

The quantity and size of the emblem determine the price. We try to quote every order individually because of the complexity of some designs. The size of a patch is calculated by adding together the largest height and width and dividing this number by two. Patches may be circular, triangular, rectangular, square, or custom-shaped.

We will provide a jpg sample of your patch within a week for your approval. It takes a little longer if you want an actual sampling, as we have to fly it in from our overseas factory.

Custom Made Patches In The USA

We offer “Made in the USA” patches at slightly higher prices. Thread amount of thread in the emblem determines the coverage. Please try to include material in the background to save on stitches; it will be a cost-saving measure. Full thread coverage takes more time to produce and thus has a slightly increased price. Moreover, all our patches come with heat seal backing that enables easy application using a regular home steam iron.

The company I work for has been buying custom apparel for the team members for years now. We love working with NW Custom Apparel because the process is easy, delivery is timely, and materials are high quality. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue, they’re quick to resolve it. We’ve purchased both embroidered items and DTG graphic tees. We’ve purchased blankets, shirts, jackets, hoodies, etc. Everything ends up looking super professional, and our team members always have positive things to say. Ally is always there at the warehouse with a smile and a friendly greeting when I pick up materials. She is so helpful and respectful. Taylar is a wonderful customer service rep. I’ve sent her some complicated orders—like 20 different items with all different colorways and styles or 150 items with three different styles—and she is so good at getting everything just right. I plan to continue purchasing from NW Custom for high-quality custom apparel.
