Send it to us, we’ll do it
We embroider on anything. If we can get it to fit on one of our embroidery machines we can embroider it. This is The easiest way for any company to save money on their custom employee apparel is to purchase at a big box vendor and send it to Decosource for embroidery.
This enjoys the benefit of using the decosource cycle. The process consists of setting up the design for embroidery, embroidering the garment, and finishing.
Decosource has been in business since 1977 (Northwest Embroidery) and we know what we are doing. This is why we can accept all types of embroidery projects. We do embroidered emblems, caps, car seats, airplane interiors, and Air Force One when Boeing built it.
Other companies can’t do it
Other companies are afraid to accept customer merchandise because they don’t have the confidence that they can do the project right. Decosource has a Fortune 500 list of customers who have sent us their merchandise. We are an extremely large seller of the clothing-producing industry in the Northwest. Just think who puts all those little logos on the jackets made in the Northwest?
Our process starts with programming or digitizing. We will have a sample in 24 hours after receiving confirmation of the artwork. If a customer wants it on a sample item we can do that also. We have embroidery machines just for making customer samples.
The next step is manufacturing the order. This process starts when the sample is approved and the goods have been received.
We count and inspect all incoming merchandise and alert our clients of any discrepancies.
The final steps are steam finishing, packing, and delivering to the customer.
In summary, we are not afraid to say no to any embroidery order.
